TCGA_GTEX_FINAL.TPM.tsv file contains TPM scores for RMPs in individual samples.
TcgaTargetGTEX_phenotype.txt file contains phenotypes of individual samples 
We discarded three cancer types ("DLBC", "CHOL", "THYM")


dysregulation_scores.tsv file contains the dysregulation scores of all RMPs for any cancer type
log2FC file contains the log2FC Fold Change values of all RMPs for any cancer type
